Our fee is a fixed 6.00% of sale price
(5.00% if you already have a full set of PDF logs)

Selling a plane is not fun. Tirekickers lowball you and everyone is suddenly an expert on the make and model you happen to have for sale. We'll manage your sale from listing to close and will filter out the nonsense so you don't have to.

We have a few rules:

PRICE
Any plane we list will include a realistic price. We won't list a plane as "call for price" and we can't help you if you want to get $80,000 for a Cessna 120. Buyers won't take the ads seriously and your plane will just sit on the market. Planes that appear for months (or even years) earn a stigma that is tough to break.

DETAILS
We'll comb through the logs and create a detailed spec sheet for your plane. The spec sheet is the first real look a customer will get of your plane and we want it to be thorough so there are no surprises as the buyer digs deeper.

PICTURES
High quality photos, and lots of them.

LOGS
We'll scan the aircraft logs and make them available to buyers.

EXCLUSIVITY
We spend a lot of time creating marketing materials and chasing leads. We ask for a period of exclusivity to give us a chance to recoup our costs.

Our listing agreement will lay out mutual expectations and can be customized to suit your particular deal. We recognize that some sales require unusual terms and we'll work with you to make it all come together.
